Christina currently works as a therapist in our Outpatient
Women’s Program, conducting groups and individual treatment
for women in recovery from substance use. Chris received her
MSW from the Hunter School of Social Work in New York City
and is now a licensed clinical social worker in Georgia.
While in school, Chris focused her course studies on group
work and received a faculty award for excellence in
research. She completed the Martha K. Selig Educational
Institute Advanced Training Program in Group Therapy in
2007. Over the course of her 17-year career in social
services, Chris has worked with adults living with mental
illness, HIV/AIDS, homelessness, and other stressors to
achieve their goals and access the resources they need. |
