Bill has been a therapist for 14 years, and has worked at
Odyssey Family Counseling Center for 13 of those years. He
received his Masters and Ed.S. from the State University of
West Georgia. He specializes in working with men’s issues,
trauma, PTSD, dissociative disorders, substance abuse and
sex addiction. He is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, (CSAT),
a Certified EMDR therapist, a Certified Forensic Counselor,
a National Certified Counselor (NBCC), a Master Addiction
Counselor (MAC), and a Family Violence Intervention Program
Group Facilitator (FVIP). He is a member of EMDR
International Association, International Institute for
Trauma & Addiction Professionals (IITAP), The Society for
Sexual Health (SASH), The Georgia Addiction Counselors
Association, the Fulton County Domestic Violence Task Force,
and a therapist member of the Valor Institute, a community
support program for individuals with dissociative disorders.
Additionally, he is a member of the Atlanta Component Group
of the ISST-D. He has been trained in a number of trauma
resolution techniques, including EMDR and Brainspotting. |
