Based on client satisfaction surveys conducted as clients completed counseling services during the last full fiscal year FY2014/2015:

  • 92% of clients were satisfied with the quality of services they received at Odyssey;
  • 79% of clients who engaged in three or more counseling sessions experienced measureable progress toward their treatment goals;
  • 92% of clients felt that Odyssey’s services helped them deal more effectively with their mental health challenges;
  • 93% of clients would recommend Odyssey to a friend or family member.
